Lord, I worship you and give you the glory due your name

Lord, I worship you and give you the glory due your name. I worship you in the beauty of your holiness. When I praise you, you bring my life into alignment with your purposes. Help me to sing your praises even when I wake up troubled in the night. Even when my soul is heavy and I don’t feel like singing at all, put a song in my heart that rises out of me and releases my fear. Give me your words that I may keep singing my praise to you.
